- This report is an interior condition and location assessment of the subject property. 
- The quality of your photos (clear, bright, crisp, etc.) will be critical in this product. 
- The client is also looking for specific commentary regarding the subject condition and overall location. 
- Read below all client instructions and reach out with any questions.

<b>Commentary:</b>
- Provide detailed comments regarding the subject’s current condition.
- Provide detailed comments on subject location, highlighting any external features that will influence value within 1 mile (proximity to main road, traffic lights, traffic levels, noise levels, airports, high tension wires, highways, railroad tracks, etc.)

<b>Note:</b> The form will only accept about 25 words per comment box. Commentary should be kept detailed, but succinct and concise.

<b>Photos:</b>
- Provide subject front, 2 street scene - both directions, address verification photos.
- Provide photos of any additional structure or value influencing feature (busy road, view amenity, etc.).
- Provide photos of all damages and deferred maintenance items.
- Interior photos must include but not limited to the following (multi-family must include the following for each unit and labeled): main living area, kitchen(s), all bedrooms and bathrooms. 
- Important; If difficulty verifying the correct subject property upon inspection, verify through on-line sources that correct photos were taken for the subject property.

<b>Note:</b>All photos must be uploaded in landscape (horizontal) format.
